Nice Tony Pierce Photo Essay on Our Neighborhood's Annual Street Festival: Which we missed again this year, since I was finishing edits on the book, though living this close you can hear the bands and the revelry, even over the din of the next-door neighbor violating L.A. noise ordinances by having a team of loogie-hawking workers operate ear-splitting power saws & such on a Sunday.

Speaking of the book, I'll be doing an interview on Tony's radio show this Thursday, which will mark the first official media for this puppy.
